This is the reason why I love True school hip-hop. I know there is a time for everything but D.I.T.C family member O.C. blessed us with a simple truth “take care of yourself cause nothing is more important than your health”. The beat is a banging head nod inducing jawn from Duck Dodger and O.C. blesses us with some of his health regimen all while taking a looking back at his life and were he is now.
